02The format

The viral Hot Ones format, meets eight independent breweries

The social clip format meets beer flavor: eight beers, light and crisp to bold and robust

Stella Artois pays for placement in a show about chicken wings. Here the beer isn't the placement. It's the format.

One guest a week. Eight beers, served as two flights, climbing in flavor. Every beer opens a new moment: a question, a game, a story they have never been asked for. The tasting sets the pace of the whole conversation.

Eight beers, eight segments

Each beer opens a segment, and every segment is built backwards from the clip it should produce. A question nobody has asked them before. A game. A story they have to work for. We know what the moment is before we roll, which is why every shoot night yields short-form that stands on its own, instead of a long file nobody can cut.

Guests worth the seat

Booked for one reason: they are worth listening to. People with a trade worth hearing about, a story that goes somewhere, or a point of view you will not get anywhere else. Your beer is on the table for all of it, in front of someone worth putting a camera on.

A studio built for this show

Custom-built, wired and lit for this format and production ready. Controlled light, controlled sound, controlled schedule, on our dime. Nothing on your floor changes and you don't give up a night, a room or a single cover. If you do want us in your building, that is an episode at your brewery and it is on the à la carte menu.

The Green Dragon: a custom-built studio for the show, with professional audio, multi-cam setup and a full bar interior

Built to survive your compliance review

This is a tasting. It is never a challenge, a contest or a race. Tasting pours, not pints, and nobody is required to finish anything.

That keeps the show clear of the Brewers Association code language on excessive consumption and drinking games, which is the objection that kills most beer content before it starts. Every guest is 21+ and ID-checked, and a ride home is booked before the shoot, not offered at the end. We buy every beer we put on camera at retail.

03What you get

The show becomes a content engine for your beer

You get the placement, and you get the footage. Every episode puts your product in front of a real person having a real reaction to it, and that footage comes to you finished, every month.

Every month

Four finished clips, minimum. More when the footage gives us more.

Four finished social clips every month, featuring a partner brewery's beer

Nearly all brewery social is advertising nobody asked for: a phone photo of a tap list, posted into a feed that scrolls past it. This is content people opt into, and your beer is inside the thing they came for.

Four finished clips, minimum

Multi-cam, colored, mixed, captioned, delivered vertical and horizontal and sized correctly for each platform, so nothing arrives needing work before it goes out. Short-form is discovery: it puts your beer in front of people who have never heard of you, and it doesn't depend on anyone subscribing first.

A real reaction, on camera

A guest with no stake in your brewery tasting your beer on camera and saying what they actually think. Nobody hands them a line. That is the only kind of endorsement anyone still believes.

Stills off the shoot night

Frame grabs of your beer pulled from the footage and graded, sized for social, web and email.

A custom glass for your beer

We have a branded taster made for your beer. Your glassware sits in the lineup, in frame, in the hands of the guest.

Your beer in every episode

Not a logo on an end card. A beer in the flight, in front of a guest, on camera, in every episode we shoot, for as long as you hold the slot. We film weekly.

Guest booking handled

Research, outreach, pre-interviews and scheduling. Finding the right people, getting them to say yes and getting them ready is our problem, not yours.

Full usage rights, forever

Everything we deliver is yours to run on any channel, in any format. No re-licensing, no expiry, nobody to ask.

04Who's making it

Eight years at the top of the industry. That is why this works.

A format only works if the person running it has done it before. Dougie has, at national scale, on both sides of the job. Founder-led, end to end: strategy, production, editing, distribution and growth under one roof.

Dougie spent eight years building this engine for other people. This one is his. The gear is bought and paid for, the set is built, the crew is booked and the format is locked. The only thing it still needs is the beer.

Producer & Host

Ran video operations for Dr. Peter AttiaThe Drive, one of the biggest medical podcasts in the world, and the same shape as this show: one guest, one long conversation, no cutaways. Built the content engine for Tim Kennedy and grew multiple platforms through the 100K to 1M range. This is not a first attempt at a format. It is the format he has already run at the top of the business, for audiences that were already watching.

Creative Director

The production standard and the brand standard, held on every asset that leaves the building. It is what makes a channel feel like one thing instead of a pile of uploads, and it is why your beer will look the same in episode forty as it does in episode one. He has set and held that bar for companies operating at national scale.

Social Director

The distribution half, which most production people never learn. He builds the engine that turns one shoot night into a month of published content across every platform, then grows the accounts it publishes to. 100M+ views driven. 1M+ followers grown.

The same production package that shoots the shows we run, pointed at your beer every episode

Most breweries get a bartender with a phone, or an agency that has never lit a room. You get a producer who shoots it, cuts it, brands it and grows it, with a crew of working industry professionals behind him.

The production. Four broadcast-quality clips a month, finished and yours in perpetuity. That is a professional monthly content package on its own. The beer in the lineup, the on-camera reaction, the stills and the branded glassware all come with it, at no extra cost.

The audience, as upside. Building one is the half of this job Dougie is best at, and it is the half most production companies never learn. When it works, your beer has been in every episode since the first one.

Everything below is available on top of a slot. Some have limited capacity and go first come.

06Why it should be you

This show is getting made. The only thing left is the beer.

The studio is built. The crew is booked. The format is locked. Eight seats, and we want you in one of them.

We have not launched yet, and that is exactly what the founding rate is for. The first three breweries are in from episode one at $1,500, and that rate holds for as long as they hold the slot. Nobody buys their way back into episode one later.
